First, check the System Status page to ensure all services are operational. If services are up, try clearing your browser cache and DNS cache. You can also check the project status in your dashboard.
SSL certificates are automatically provisioned but may take up to 10 minutes to be fully active. If your certificate shows an error after 30 minutes, ensure your DNS is correctly pointing to our servers.
Click the "Open WordPress Admin" button in your project dashboard. If you've forgotten your credentials, you can reset them from the project settings page.
Check your email configuration in the project settings. Ensure SMTP settings are correct and that your domain has proper SPF/DKIM records configured.
Go to your project settings, click "Add Domain", and follow the DNS configuration instructions. Once DNS propagates (usually within 1-24 hours), SSL will be automatically provisioned.
